A UK man is counting the cost of seeking out sex with a prostitute after the courts ordered him to pay nearly £1,000 ($1682=U.S dollars) in fines and costs. Some say that this is the largest fine of its kind.
A 28-year old man was seen on CCTV picking up a prostitute on June 4th. He was later traced by his vehicle registration and was charged with soliciting a prostitute.
After pleading guilty on Wednesday, the magistrate fined him £300 or $504 US and was ordered to pay£615 or $1034 to the Magistrate's court.
